This dish is is simple, yet very hearty & filling! This satisfying dish has roasted chicken breast, broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, in a light chicken sauce, with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, on top! It is just like my Free Bird dish, only no rice! If you are doing the keto diet, or just wanting something low in carbs, this dish covers all of the bases!
